Managing Appraisal Orders

Once your clients place an order on your XSite, they can return at any time to view the current status of the order, download the completed report, or submit related documents to you.  The process is as follows.

  1. Clients come to your site and log in via the Client Login button.
  2. In the screen that appears, your clients can place additional orders using the options at the top.  At the bottom, your clients see an overview of their current active orders.
  3. If your clients simply need to view the status of an order, they can refer to the list of active orders at the bottom of the screen.  If, on the other hand, they need full details on the order or wish to pick up their order, they double-click the order in the list to open additional details.
  4. In the Appraisal Order Details screen that appears when they open the order, they're provided with buttons to Delay, Cancel, or Print the order.  They can also send you related documents by clicking the Upload Document or DirectFax Document buttons.  If the order is complete, the report is also available for download at this point.  Clients just click the PDF icon for the report to download it.
