Invoice Setup

Your XSite's credit card processing tools give you full control over the "receipts" your clients receive automatically as you process credit card transactions.  To customize the automatic receipts that your clients receive:

  1. From the Credit Card section of your XSite's Business Management, click Invoices in the Billing pane on the left.

  2. Fill out your company details, an Invoice Subject Line, Invoice From (e‑mail) address, and any Additional Message you'd like to include in the invoice.

  3. Mark one of the invoice templates and then click Preview to see an example of what the client receives.
  4. When you're satisfied with your invoice, click Save to apply the changes.

Now, as you process credit card transactions, your clients will automatically receive your custom receipt with their latest transaction information.
