To use sitemaps, you'll need a Google Search Central account.
Sitemaps are essentially a way to tell search engines exactly how to navigate your site — hence the term "map". Sitemaps also alert search engines to new or changed content on your site, so your recent content gets indexed that much quicker for potential visitors.
Google's online interface and exact instructions change often. Click here to read Google's current instructions for creating and submitting a sitemap.
Along with Sitemaps, Google also offers other tools to help build your online presence and bring in more customers to your site. These include Google Analytics which helps you track the visitors to your site and Google Ads which uses Google's ad services to find customers to bring them to your site.
