To configure how TOTAL spell checks your reports:
- Click Tools and select Configure
Settings. Then, click Forms and scroll to the
Spell check options section.
- Mark each of the items you want TOTAL to ignore as it spell checks your
report. Options include:
- Ignore words with numbers
- Ignore words in upper case
- Ignore words with mixED case
- Click Apply or Save & Close to save
your changes.
To enable multiple field text selection (default):
- Click Tools and select Configure
Settings. Then, click Forms and scroll to the
Text selection section.
- Check the box next to Click and Drag to select multiple
fields.
- When you're finished adjusting your settings, click Apply
or Save & Close to save your changes.
