The Appraisal Desktop provides an easy way for you to customize the columns
you see in the File Manager. By customizing the column layout, you can
quickly see information about a report, like the amount due, without having to
open it. To change the columns displayed in the Appraisal Desktop:
- From the Appraisal
Desktop, right‑click anywhere in the file list and choose Edit
column layout.
- Select the desired information from the Available Fields
pane on the left. Double‑click the item to add it to the Displayed
Fields list, or just click the arrow pointing to the right.
- You can also select multiple fields by holding Ctrl on
your keyboard and clicking each field you want. After you have selected the
desired fields, click the arrow pointing to the right to add them.
- To remove a field, double‑click it in the Displayed
Fields list, or select it and click the arrow pointing to the left.
- Use the Up and Down arrows to reposition
the fields in the list.
- Click Save to save your changes.
Once you've chosen your columns, you can adjust the order in which the
columns appear and the width of a column by clicking and dragging a column
header or a column separator from within the File Manager. Likewise, you can
sort the list alphanumerically in ascending or descending order by
single‑clicking a column header in the File Manager.
