In some cases you may need to void a transaction that you processed for a
client. To void a transaction for a client:
- Log in to Titan Office.
- Hover over the User Settings menu on the upper right and
select Office Settings.
- Click Credit Card in the toolbar on the upper left.
- Find the transaction you want to void and click Void on
the right.
- When the Transaction Details appear, review or update the information, and
check the Email Invoice box if you want to send a receipt to
your customer.
- Click Void again to void the transaction.
