Void transaction

In some cases you may need to void a transaction that you processed for a client. To void a transaction for a client:

  1. Log in to Titan Office.
  2. Hover over the User Settings menu on the upper right and select Office Settings.
  3. Click Credit Card in the toolbar on the upper left.
  4. Find the transaction you want to void and click Void on the right.
  5. When the Transaction Details appear, review or update the information, and check the Email Invoice box if you want to send a receipt to your customer.
  6. Click Void again to void the transaction.
