Side‑by‑Side Powerview

• SmartAdjust is now available on all forms that contain adjustment fields.
• Detailed View is now supported on the General‑Purpose Condo form.

Forms

• The latest version of Canadian forms, Residential Appraisal Report, Residential Land Appraisal Report, Desktop Residential Report, Drive‑by Residential Report, and Market Rent Appraisal Report with changes to the Statement of Limiting Conditions language, are now available.

SmartExchange

• When replacing the address of a comp, SmartExchange will now display results for the new address instead of still displaying results from the old one.

General

• TOTAL will no longer close unexpectedly if more than one notification was queued up to display.
