Using DirectFax |

If you need to have any hard copy documents included along with the application file, you can use our DirectFax service to quickly convert them to electronic documents and associate them with the current application.
- In the Document Manager, click
DirectFax
in the toolbar.
- Your site generates and displays a customized fax cover sheet. Print this document and use it to fax any documents to the toll-free number indicated. You can fax these yourself, or send the cover sheet to your client and have them use it to fax documents to you.
- Click Cancel to return to the Document
Management screen.
Now, any document that is faxed to you using this cover sheet is automatically converted into an electronic file and attached to this particular loan application.
