Not every user should have access to all the features. For instance, you
might want to restrict certain users from editing other users' profiles or
create an account for a real estate agent partner to use to access a list of
referred loan apps and their statuses. Here's a short description of each
User Privilege:
- Wizard - A user granted this permission has access to
change the appearance of your XSite.
- XSellerate - Granting a user this permission designates
that that user account is the XSellerate user for your XSite.

|
|
| |
 |
Note: This option is only available for
users who have purchased the XSellerate marketing system in conjunction
with their XSite. |
|
| |
|
|
- User Management - By default, users can only manage their
own user profiles. Granting users this permission allows them to edit
and manage all of the profiles in your site.
- Real Estate Agent View Only - This privilege is designed
for those real estate agents you collaborate with. By granting users
this permission, they can log into your site and view the status of their
customers Loan Apps. Keep in mind that this feature is a
"View Only" mode that only permits them to view the status on the applications
for borrowers they're representing.

 |
Hint: This is a great way to eliminate those
status callbacks from realtors. Just create profiles for realtors
whom you work closely with and grant them only this permission. From
that point on, they can log into your site admin and view the status of
any loan apps that apply to them. |
