Sending Status on Apps

 
     

Keeping clients informed every step of the way can be the key to quality customer service and getting referrals from existing clients.  We make it easy to send out regular status reports with your online 1003.

The initial details window shows which status items have been marked off.  See the Status Checkpoints section of this user guide for details on defining new checkpoints.  Any time you need to send out a status update on a current application, just mark the item in the list and any applicable dates and click Save.  Then, just click Send Status to send your update.  Your recipient then receives a full status report via e-mail.

Alternately, you can mark the Enable daily status e-mails for this borrower option to have your 1003 send the status e-mails for you each day.
