Since every mortgage company has their own way of communicating with clients,
your online loan manager comes with a skeleton crew of built in
communications. But, of course, you can easily customize and add to what
we've already started to tailor them to your business. To begin customizing your
communications during the loan process, hover your cursor over Loan
Apps in the toolbar at the top and then click Configure
Application in the toolbar that appears.
