Some mortgage brokers prefer to help their clients start a loan application
on their site. If you'd like to do this, you can e-mail them a link directly to
your loan application. To do so...
- Create a new e-mail to your borrower/prospect in your favorite e-mail
program.
- In the e-mail type a link to your website of
http://www.whateveryourwebaddressis.com/loanapplication. If you'd also like to
assign the application to a specific loan officer via the link you e-mail, you
can include the LO's name in the web address you send. To include the LO, the
link would be
http://www.whateveryourwebaddressis.com/loanapplication?lo=FirstName+LastName.

Note: Be sure to replace
whateveryourwebaddressis.com with your website address and the FirstName
and LastName placeholders above with the first and last name of the LO
in your site. |

- E-mail the link to your borrower. Once the borrower clicks the link,
he/she will go straight to your loan application and if you've included the
LO, the LO assignment will take place automatically.
