Deleting Users

Before deleting a user, make sure you access the CertMail account for the user and retrieve or forward any important e-mail messages. Once a user is deleted, all e-mail in that user's CertMail account is deleted permanently. To remove a user from your site...

1. From your site's user manager, click the link for the user you wish to delete in the Site Users pane on the left.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click Delete this user.
3. When the warning appears asking you to verify that you want to delete an account, click OK. 

The account is deleted and your available user limit is reset.
