When someone submits or completes a loan application, your online 1003 sends a confirmation e-mail and offers a brief follow up message. Naturally, you have complete control over these and their exact verbiage. To change the follow up text that your 1003 sends when customers submit a loan app...
- Hover your cursor over Loan Apps and then click Configure Application in the toolbar that appears,
- Click the Customizable Text tab.
- A list of text and e-mail messages appears in the Customizable
Text section of the screen. To view or modify one, just click
the link for Edit.
- The message appears in our easy web editor. This editor works just
like a word processor. Notice there are buttons to merge in contact
information and items from the application. This enables you to have a
more personal message for your clients. Keep in mind this is a
template and you don't want to type individual client names into it - just
leave the placeholders and let your site customize messages as they are
sent.
- When you're through editing the message, scroll down and click Save.
- Repeat this for any of the notification messages.
- When finished, click Save to update your settings.

When finished editing status message, be sure to verify your contact information as it's displayed at the bottom of the Customizable Text box. Since this information appears in a variety of places throughout your customers' experience, you should ensure that it is up to date. Then, click Save to update your configuration.
Loan App Follow-Up Redirection |

The final option available in the Customizable Text tab is the ability to redirect your customers to another web address once they've completed your loan application. By default, the loan application redirects your customers to our pre-built "Application Received" page in your XSite, but if you've written a custom page in your XSite's My Content step that you'd like to redirect to, just type the URL for that page here. When finished, click Save to update your preferences.
