SecureReceipts History

 
     

Whenever you send documents through SureDocs or a client views, downloads, or signs one of those documents, SureDocs automatically logs it for you. This "status tracking" takes place in your SecureReceipts Log which provides you with both a view into your SureDocs history and with convenient access to each stage of the document. To view your SecureReceipts log or pick up a signed document...

  1. In SureDocs, click SecureReceipts, SecureReceipts Log from the menus.
  2. Scroll through the list of documents you’ve sent via SecureReceipts and select the desired pack of documents.

  3. The full history of that document set appears at the bottom of the screen. Review the list of activities to trace the electronic paper trail or do one of the following:
    • Download the signed documents - If any status change in the list is marked with an icon of a document and a blue checkmark, it has been signed. Click the icon to download the signed copy.
    • Print the selected document's history - Click SecureReceipts, Print Log from the menus in the toolbar at the top.

    • Remove the selected document from your log - Click the document you do not need.  Then, click SecureReceipts, Delete Document from the menus at the top of the screen.
    • Resend notifications for the selected document - Click the notification in the list of items in your SecureReceipts log.  Then, click SecureReceipts, Resend Notification from the menus at the top of the screen. Then, in the screen that appears, click OK to send the notification again.  If you need to make corrections to the e-mail address first, you can click the e-mail address and type your changes in directly.
