Requesting Faxed Signatures |
|
| |
|
|
If, for any reason, you need to collect hand signatures via fax without
SureDocs' online signing tools, you can do that through SureDocs as well so that
you can take advantage of the electronic "paper trail" you're already familiar
with. To request signatures by fax...
- In
an open SureDoc
without any e-signature tags, click Sign in the top toolbar.
- In the menu that appears, choose DirectFax and click
Next.
- You're prompted for delivery information. Fill out each section with the
requested information. Then, click Finish. Here's a quick
breakdown of the options that appear.
- Name – Enter the full legal name of the recipient.
(Click the Name button to open your contact directory.)
- E-mail To – Enter your client’s e-mail
address. If you used the contact directory to
insert the client’s name, the e-mail address should be completed
automatically.
- Description - A brief description explaining to the
borrower/co-borrower what's included in the packet you're sending.
- Comments/Special Instructions - The body of your e-mail
message.
Once delivery is complete, you can track the entire progress of your
documents through the SecureReceipts
Log.
