Since SureDocs handles the delivery of your documents and the signature collection, there's no need to check your mailbox or e-mail for a signed copy of your documents. As each signature is collected, SureDocs makes the latest copy of your documents available for download directly through your SecureReceipts Log. To download a signed copy of your document(s)...
- In SureDocs, click SecureReceipts, SecureReceipts Log from the menus.
- In the list of documents, find and click the document(s) you want to pick up.
- Then, in the document's history, look for an entry with an icon beside it. The icon should look like a document with a blue check mark.
- When you find that entry, click the icon beside it to download the updated
copy of your document. If you don't see an entry that's flagged with an icon,
the signatures have not yet been collected for your document(s).
