SureDocs gives you complete control over the tag placement in your documents.
You can manually place a signature, initial, or date tag as many times as
necessary. Depending on your needs, there are two ways to manually place tags in
SureDocs:
- Place each tag individually
- Place tags in groups
- In
an open SureDoc, select the page that needs a custom tag by clicking
its thumbnail image on the left side of the screen.
- In the toolbar at the top of the screen, click the drop-down arrow beside
either the Signature, Initials or
Date option.
- From the list that appears, select the type of signer tag you’d like –
Borrower, Co-Borrower, Broker, or Loan Officer.
- Drag the red signature tag that appears to the appropriate place on your
document and click to place it.
- Edit the tag as necessary.
- Place additional fields (signature, initials or date) throughout your
document, as needed.
- When you’re done, click Save.
- In
an open SureDoc, select the page that needs custom tags by clicking
its thumbnail image on the left side of the screen.
- In the toolbar at the top of the screen, click Tag
Groups.
- In the screen that appears, choose the tags you’d like to include in the
group by checking the boxes beside each tag type. Options are
Signature, Initial, and/or
Date.
- Check the box(es) beside the type of signer this tag group represents.
Options are Borrower, Co-Borrower,
Broker, and/or Loan Officer

- Click OK to accept the group of tags. Move your cursor
with the attached tags to the appropriate place on your document and click to
place them. As necessary, click and drag any individual tag from the group to
fine-tune its position.
- Edit any of the tags as necessary.
- Place additional fields (signature, initials or date) throughout your
document, as needed.
- When you’re done, click Save.
