Initial Tags

 
     

For those situations where you need to have your signer(s) initial every page of your document, SureDocs provides a simple way to place initial tags on each page. To tag every page for initials...

  1. In an open SureDoc, click the Initial Tags button in the toolbar at the top of the screen.
  2. In the screen that appears, choose whether you want the initial tags to be left, right or center justified at the bottom of the page by marking the corresponding option.

  3. Optionally you can change the amount of padding between the initial tags and the bottom or side edges of the page. Just type the number of pixels you’d like to use as padding from the side or bottom edge in the corresponding text box(es).
  4. Choose the type(s) of initial tags that should appear at the bottom of every page in your document by checking the appropriate box(es).
  5. When finished, click OK to place your initial tags.
