If you work with Flagstar Bank, you can use the plugin built into SureDocs to deliver directly to their servers. To do so...
- Click Deliver, to Flagstar Bank from the
menus.
- In the screen that appears, enter your Broker ID and the Loan Number for these documents. As necessary, add some Comments about the documents you're sending using the field provided. If you're not yet working with Flagstar Bank and you want to sign up to work with them, click the click here link at the top of the screen to sign up with them.
- When finished, click OK to deliver your documents directly to Flagstar.
SureDocs immediately delivers the documents to Flagstar and offers you some immediate feedback from their servers. To track the status of these documents in the future, visit the SecureReceipts log, click the document you sent, and run through the delivery process again. Since you've already delivered the document, the plugin will simply do a lookup on the status of the documents and display that information for you.
