One of the most powerful aspects of SureDocs is its ability to request and process signatures electronically. Because of this unique ability, you can generally reduce or eliminate the time and money spent on faxes, print-outs, and courier charges by simply eliminating the need for paper. And, of course, SureDoc’s e-signatures conform to the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA) and the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN). To start leveraging SureDocs' e-signatures capabilities there are several things you should do.
- Familiarize yourself with the basics of e-signatures.
- Set up your own e-signature inside of SureDocs.
- Learn the basics about tagging documents for signatures.
- And, lastly, before you actually request e-signatures from one of your customers, you should take a few minutes to review the collection process so you know exactly what will happen when you request e-signatures.
