To personalize the signing experience for your signers, you can easily
provide custom instructions for any tag in your SureDoc. And, as necessary, you
can always move, delete, or make optional any tag in your
SureDoc.

Customizing Tag Instructions |

- In
an open SureDoc, click to select the tag you wish to edit.
- In the panel at the bottom of the screen, type any additional information
or instructions for this tag into the available text box.
- If necessary, change the type of signer tag by selecting it from the
drop-down menu.
- In
an open SureDoc, click to select the tag you wish to make optional.
- Check the Signature or Initials Optional box in the panel
at the bottom of the screen.
- In
an open SureDoc, click to select the tag you wish to move.
- Once the tag is placed appropriately release your finger from the mouse
button to “drop” it into place.
- In
an open SureDoc, click to select the tag you wish to delete.
- Press Delete on your keyboard to delete an individual
tag.
- In the list of page thumbnails on the left, click an entire page from
which you want to remove tags. Then, click Page,
Delete Tags from the menus at the top of the screen to remove
all of the tags on that page alone.
- To delete all of the tags in your entire document, click
Signatures, Delete All Tags from the menus
at the top of the screen.
