QuickLists are SureDocs' way of providing templates you can use to speed up the delivery process. Instead of filling out the same subject lines and descriptions, you can simply select them from your personalized set of QuickLists instead of retyping them one more time. To use QuickLists on delivery...
- First, initiate the SecureReceipts delivery process by requesting e-signatures or hand signatures.
- Then, in the delivery screen, click either the
Description or Subject button.
- From QuickLists, you have several options:
- Double-click any QuickList item to insert it into the Description or Subject field.
- Type any text in the Text box, then click Add to insert it into your QuickList for future use.
- Select any item and click Delete to remove it from your
list.
