Creating SureDocs

 
     

You can create a SureDoc from any application that allows you to print – whether that’s your Loan Origination software, a generic word processor, spreadsheet or any other tool. To create a SureDoc…

  1. Open a document in any application, then initiate the Print command (usually found under the File menu).
  2. When the Print screen appears, switch printers to select the one labeled SureDocs. Then, click OK or Print (depending upon your application). SureDocs creates a PDF version of your document, then opens it in SureDocs.

  3. Before you send your document, enter as much of the following information as is applicable in Tracking Data section at the bottom of the screen.
    • Description What is this document? What will it be used for?
    • Borrower – The name of the borrower, if any, associated with this document.
    • Co-Borrower
    • Subject Property – If this document relates to a particular property, enter the address or description here.
    • Real Estate Agent
    • Processor – The Loan Officer or agent responsible for this document or loan application.

  4. Now, click Save to keep a local copy of the PDF on your hard drive. Or click Merge to combine it with another SureDoc already stored on your hard drive.
