Creating SureDocs
You can create a SureDoc from any application that allows you to print –
whether that’s your Loan Origination software, a generic word processor,
spreadsheet or any other tool. To create a SureDoc…
- Open a document in any application, then initiate the
Print command (usually found under the File
menu).
- When the Print screen appears, switch printers to select
the one labeled SureDocs. Then, click OK or
Print (depending upon your application). SureDocs creates a
PDF version of your document, then opens it in SureDocs.

- Before you send your document, enter as much of the following information
as is applicable in Tracking Data section at the bottom of
the screen.
- Description – What is this document?
What will it be used for?
- Borrower – The name of the borrower, if any, associated
with this document.
- Co-Borrower
- Subject Property – If this document relates to a
particular property, enter the address or description here.
- Real Estate Agent
- Processor – The Loan Officer or agent responsible for
this document or loan application.
- Now, click Save to keep a local copy of the PDF on your
hard drive. Or click Merge to combine it with another SureDoc
already stored on your hard drive.
