SureDocs allows you to place your copyright mark on any document you pass
through the SureDocs system. By copyrighting the documents you pass through
SureDocs you can add to the level of protection you have against fraudulent
changes to the documents you create. To copyright your SureDoc...
- With your document open in the SureDocs
application, click the Copyright button in the toolbar at the
top of the screen.
- In the screen that appears, indicate whether you want to copyright the
pages of your document, the images in your document, or both by checking the
corresponding boxes.

- Set the font, style, size, and text using the tools provided. If
necessary, click Reset to Default to undo the changes you
make.
- From the Position on Page menu, select the position on
each page or image where you want to insert your copyright text.
- Once you're satisfied with your settings, you can apply them to each new
SureDoc you create automatically by checking the Apply these copyright
messages box at the bottom of the screen. Otherwise, you can manually
place them each time by returning to the Copyright screen in
the future.
- When finished click OK.
SureDocs immediately inserts the copyright text into your document though it
may not appear inside your document until the next time you open it in SureDocs.
If you marked the option to automatically apply copyright text in the future,
SureDocs will automatically do so as you create new documents in the future.
