Once you've logged into SureDocs for the first time, your account is set up
and ready to use. But, at any time, you can switch to another account or update
your account password directly through SureDocs.
- To access these functions, in SureDocs, click the Tools
menu, then Account Configuration.
- Login as Other User – If you work with other SureDocs
users, you can use your installation to view the SecureReceipts for those
users as well.
- Click Login as Other User.
- Enter the new user’s username and password, then click
OK.

- Change Password – If you need to change your password,
or the account username:
- Click Change Password.
- Enter your Old Password in the first field, then the
desired new information in either the New Username field,
or New Password fields (or both).
- Click OK.
- When you’ve made the desired changes, click OK.
