Auto Placing Tags

 
     

Currently, SureDocs is able to recognize virtually any loan document printed from Calyx Point®, Ellie Mae Encompass® and CBC BytePro® so that you do not have to manually place each signature tag. To auto-apply signature tags to your SureDocs...

  1. In an open SureDoc, click Auto Place Tags in the toolbar at the top of the screen. 
  2. In the screen that appears, check the box beside each type of tag you want SureDocs to place on your document.  Then, click OK to place the tags.

  3. If SureDocs doesn’t recognize some of the forms you’ve added to your SureDoc file, a notice may appear listing each page that couldn't be tagged automatically.  If desired, you can send these pages to our SureDocs team so we can consider adding them to a future SureDocs update.  To submit the documents, click OK.  To continue without submitting the documents, uncheck the box to Submit the documents and then click OK.

  4. Once the tags have been placed, you can modify the tags placed or add additional tags manually
  5. At a minimum, be sure to address any special instructions you’d like to include with the tags you’ve placed.  Just click a tag that needs special instructions and type them into the box provided at the bottom of the screen. 
     
  Hint: If you want SureDocs to place tags for you whenever you add a new document into your open SureDocs, turn on the Auto Place Tags After Print and Auto Place Tags On Open features by checking them in the Signatures menu.
