SureDocs provides a basic address book you can use to speed up the delivery
process. To use your address book...
- First, initiate the SecureReceipts delivery process by requesting e-signatures or hand signatures.
- Then, in the delivery screen, click the E-mail to or
CC button to open the Directory
feature.
- From the Directory screen, you have several options:
- Double-click any item in the directory to insert it into the
To or CC field.
- Click the All link to show all of the contacts in your
directory, or click any letter to display just the last names beginning with
that letter.
- Type a Last Name, First Name and e-mail address in the appropriate
boxes, then click Add to insert a new contact into your
directory.
- Select any item and click Delete to remove it from your
list.
