Types of Signatures |

SureDocs' Variable Signature System accomodates the requirements of a wid variety of originators, wholesalers, and investors. To do so, SureDocs offers 3 different types of signatures.
This type of signature combines the convenience, security and tracking of an electronic signature with the ubiquitous acceptance and usability of traditional wet ink or faxed hand signatures. The signature applied to documents contains the actual signature image of the signer that lenders, investors and other parties want to see and adds the serial number assigned by the SureDocs signature authority that tracks auditable data items including date and time stamp, IP address and identity verification details. To create the image of their signature and initials, the borrower prints a single bar-coded signature setup page, signs and initials and faxes it back to the toll free number printed on the page. This one time setup allows the borrower to sign any number of documents. Secure Signature™ combines the best of traditional pen and ink and electronic signatures.
This type of signature provides the ultimate in speed and convenience for documents requiring only electronic click through. This type of signature provides the same robust level of audit trail, document level security and identity verification as Secure Signatureâ„¢ without requiring the borrower to fax an image of their actual signature. The signature applied to documents contains a script font pseudo signature combined with the serial number assigned by the SureDocs signature authority that tracks auditable data items including date and time stamp, IP address and identity verification details. There is no setup required by the borrower although they can optionally customize the style of the pseudo signature. Express Electronic™ is the fastest way to prepare and sign ESIGN and UETA compliant electronic disclosures.
For cases where you want 100% faxed signature equivalence, the DirectFaxâ„¢ method delivers exactly that. But, unlike a manual fax machine, it also gives you GLBA compliance, added document level security and an audit trail of exactly when you sent the documents, when they were viewed and when they were signed and faxed back. Plus, the audit trails and signed documents can be shared between LO's, processors and managers in a secure environment. DirectFax™ signatures are truly faxed signatures with brains and muscle.
