Working with Loan Apps |

From any Internet-enabled PC, you can login to your online loan app manager and view your loan applications. While in the "admin" area of your site, you access your loan applications by clicking Loan Apps in the toolbar at the top. When you log into the Loan Apps section of your site, you can see links along the left that help you quickly find a particular loan application:
- New Loan Applications - Quickly see all of the applications that have been submitted since the last time you accessed the loan app manager.
- Last 10 Completed Apps - View the 10 most recent applications that have been completed.
- Incomplete Loan Apps - See only those applications which site users are still working on. This allows you to quickly identify users who may be having problems and pro-actively lend them a hand.
- DirectFax Loan Apps - Any loan applications that have been received through our online fax solution are displayed here.
- Deleted Loan Applications - Just in case, any loan application you've deleted is saved here.
- Purge Deleted Applications - If you need to empty your deleted loan applications box for any reason, just click this link.
Notice you can also enter search criteria in the Find box and click the magnifying glass icon to search for a particular application. The Loan Officer drop-down menu lets you view all loan applications assigned to a particular loan officer. Or, click on a letter to view all of the applications from customers beginning with that letter.
To view specifics on an application once you see it in the list, just click
it once and you'll see details for the application in the pane below the
list.
