View, Rename, Delete & Refresh |

In the Document Manager, once a file has
been added to your document list, you can view that file by clicking on it, then
clicking the View icon in the toolbar. The site will access the
file and attempt to open it in the application which created the file.

Note: If you're viewing your files from a
computer other than your own, some files may not be viewable if the
computer you're using does not have the original application installed.

- If you've uploaded files or received them via DirectFax, you can give them
a more descriptive name by clicking the Rename icon. Type a
new name for the document and click OK.
- Delete any document by selecting it and clicking the Delete
icon.
- Click the Refresh icon at any time to rebuild this
currently list of documents. Use this if you suspect a document has been faxed
in, but isn't showing up yet.
