Setting up a Fee Panel

 
     

Instead of searching for a new appraiser each time you need to order, you can set up a default Fee Panel.  This makes ordering the appraisal even easier. 

  1. From the loan app manager in your site, find and click to select a loan app for which you placed an appraisal order.
  2. Click the Vendors tab and then click New Order in the Appraisal section.
  3. From here, click the Profile menu, then select Fee Panel.


  4. If you have any appraisers currently on your fee panel, you'd see them here.  To add a new one, click Add.
  5. This brings up our appraiser search interface.  You can drill down into our list by clicking a state and then a county on the map.  Or simply enter search criteria into the fields on the left and then click Search.
  6. Once you've found the appraiser you want, you have two options to enable for them.
    • To add the appraiser to your Fee Panel, just check the box next to his/her company name.
    • If you trust the appraiser and would prefer to have him/her enter your order, check the corresponding box beside his/her name.
  7. Use the number links at the bottom of the list to continue browsing through the list of appraisers, checking the Fee Panel box for all those you'd like to add to your Fee Panel.
  8. When you're through adding appraisers, scroll down and click Done.
