Reassigning Apps |

If you work in an office with multiple loan officers, you can configure your site so that each officer only sees his or her applications when they log in. See the User Management section of this user's guide for information on creating loan officer accounts.
When your client completes the Full loan application, they have the option of selecting a specific loan officer. In this case, the application is automatically assigned to that user. As the administrator, you can quickly see which loan officer has been assigned to any application by noting the Loan Officer column in the list of applications.
To assign or reassign an application to another officer...
- Find the desired application in the applications list and click it.
- In the Status window below, click
Reassign
.
- From the drop-down menu, select the appropriate loan officer, and then click OK.
