When a client returns to your site, they can view the status of or add to
their application, plus see any documents sent in via DirectFax or uploaded
manually. All they need to do is click the Customer Login
link, enter their e-mail address and site password, and they're in.

- If your client has an unfinished loan application, your site immediately
prompts them to finish the app. If they wish to do so, they just click
Yes.
- To start a new application, they just click Start New
Application.
- They can edit the current application by clicking Edit
Application.
- If they have multiple loans in-the-works, they can switch to another loan
file by clicking Switch Loan Files and choosing the
appropriate loan from the list that appears.
- They can check the status of their loan by reviewing the status checklist
in the Loan Status tab.
- They can view or electronically sign documents you've attached to their
loan file by clicking the Documents tab. They simply
click View to open the document or Sign to
review and sign it.
