A complete loan application is much more than just the 1003 form. Instead, it contains any number of supporting documents, such as employment verifications, pay stubs and the like. All of these files can be stored on your site along with the application for future reference. In addition, you can create additional electronic documents which can be signed digitally, eliminating the delays caused by faxing or shipping documents back and forth.
In the Loan Apps screen, find the
application you want to manage file for and select it from the list. In the
lower portion of the screen, make sure that the Status tab is
selected and then click the Manage Docs icon.
Any
documents currently attached to this application are displayed in a
window.
