Importing from Your LOS

Your site's loan manager comes fully equipped to import a Fannie Mae DO/DU file you export from your LOS.  In the event that you have a loan app in your LOS that you wish to import into your site, you must first export a Fannie Mae DO/DU file from your LOS.  Currently, we only support the newest DO/DU version, 3.2.  Since the specifics of generating such a file vary depending on the LOS you use, you should consult your LOS's documentation for information on creating Fannie Mae DO/DU 3.2 files.  Once you have done so, importing it is easy.

1. From the loan app manager, click Import Loan App From File in the Loan Apps pane on the left.
2. In the screen that appears, Browse to the Fannie Mae DO/DU 3.2 file you exported from your LOS, click it, and click Open.
3. When finished, click OK to import the file.
