Finding Loan Apps |

As loan apps come into your XSite, XSites Desktop automatically displays them for you to manage. If you need to find a specific loan app to update or export to your LOS, there are several ways to do that.
Filtering Loan Apps |

From XSites Desktop's loan management tools, you can easily filter the loan apps to find the one you need. To do so...
- To filter the loans by last name, click the loan folder icon
and click the
first letter in the last name of your borrower or click All
to show all loan apps.
- To clear a last name filter, simply click the loan folder icon again.
- To filter the loans by loan officer, click the funnel icon
and Loan
Officer or Filter Group out of the list provided.
Then, click Apply Filter. Filter groups include:
- Completed Applications
- New Applications
- Last 10 Completed Apps
- Incomplete Apps
- DirectFax Apps
- Loan App from Leads
- Deleted Loan Apps
Note: The loan offer's in the filter list are limited to those you've added to your XSite's user manager. To add additional loan officer's to the list, simply create a user account for the LO.
- To clear a filter, simply click the funnel icon again.

From XSites Desktop's loan management tools, you can search for a specific loan easily by providing the exact address of the property on the loan or the name of the borrower you want to find. To do so...
- Click the search icon
and type in a search phrase.
- Then, click Find to show the search results.
- When you're finished with the search results, click the icon again to clear the search.
