Request a UCDP Direct Integration User ID

Revised 10/20/2011 SSC

After you've registered for the UCDP and set up your Business Unit(s), you'll need to request a Direct Integration User ID - often called a DI User ID - so that you can submit appraisals directly to UCDP from Mercury Network.

This document will assist lender administrators and lender agent administrators as they request their DI User ID.

Lenders and AMCs who will be submitting appraisals directly to the UCDP via Mercury Network must request a Direct Integration User ID (DI User ID). This will allow you to use Mercury Network's direct connection to the UCDP to submit your appraisals within the same system you use to manage them.

If your AMC will be submitting appraisals to UCDP on your behalf, you don't need a DI User ID. You will need to set your AMC as your "lender agent" and there are instructions here.

Before you complete these steps, you must be completely registered for the UCDP, and you'll want to make sure that your Business Unit(s) are properly configured. Click here for registration instructions, or click here for instructions on setting up your Business Unit(s).

When you've logged into the UCDP and your Business Unit(s) are set up, use the drop-down to choose the best description of your role in UCDP submission.

A Direct Integration User ID lets you submit your appraisals directly to UCDP using Mercury Network. As a Mercury Network user, you'll definitely need to request your Direct Integration after you've registered for UCDP.

The DI User ID is set up within a specific Business Unit. The most common configuration will be to request the DI User ID within your Primary Business Unit. However, if you have multiple Business Units and intend to submit appraisals to UCDP differently for various Business Units, your configuration may require a little more thought. See more about Business Units here.
