Common symptoms of this problem include:
- Your listings do not appear on your XSite/Listings XPress
- You've partnered with other agents through Listings XChange and the shared listings are not appearing on your site.
If you've entered listings into your Agent XSite or Listings XPress
and you're not seeing them appear on your listings pages, it's often
due to one of the following:
- The List Date you entered is a date in the future.
- The listing has expired. In other words, the Expiration Date has passed.
- The filter criteria specified in the listing page setup is filtering out the listings.
(Often, the page will be setup to show only "featured" listings.)

First, check the list date and expiration
status:
- Log into your Agent XSite/Listings XPress.
- Click Listings at the top of the screen to open the listings manager.
- Find the problem listing and double-click to edit it.
- Check the List Date and Expiration Date fields in the General Property Info tab. If the List Date is in the future or the Expiration Date has passed, the listing will not show up on your website
until you make corrections and save the listing. If these
items were correct, continue on.

Next, check the filters on the page where you
expect to see the listing.
- While in listings, click My Listings Pages from the My Listings
pane in the upper left corner. Then select the listing page
you want to check.
- Review each of the filters you have in place. If the listing page is set to filter out the listing you want it to show, it will not appear. For instance, if you check the Filter by Featured Listings box, any listings that are not "Featured," will not appear on the listings page. Another example is that listings from partnerships you've formed through Listings XChange are not appearing because the Include Listings Shared through Listings XChange box is not checked.
- Once you've reviewed the listing filters in your page, you may need to return to you listings manager to verify that the missing listing is set up properly. If you need to return to your listings manager, click View My Listings in the My Listings pane.
