XSites come with full featured Online Inspection Ordering and Client log-in so your clients can place orders, track status and retrieve completed reports. All from your website! These features must be enabled using the XSite Wizard in order to make them available on your site.

  
 

 

Enable Online Ordering and create an Inspector Mercury account

To enable your XSite Online Ordering and Client Login...

  1. Log into your XSite admin and click XSite in the toolbar at the top.
  2. Click Online Ordering in the Content pane on the left.
  3. Check the Enable Online Ordering box.
  4. If you already have a XSites Network account, check that box and enter your XSites Network Username and Password.

  5. Click Next and your new XSites Network account will be automatically created for you. In addition, both the Order and Client Login buttons will be activated on your site.
     
  Note: Your Inspector XSites Network account is separate from any other Mercury accounts you may already have – such as an Appraiser account. So, if you already have another type of XSites Network account, you’ll still need to create a new Inspector account.
