Changing your Appraiser XSite Client Login Account Password

As you continue to place appraisal orders on an appraiser's XSite, you may find that you need to change the password you use to log into the XSite and place orders. Whether you just decided on a new password or had some staffing changes that require you to update the account password, you can easily change your password via the XSites Network.

This document how to change your client login account password on an Appraiser XSite. If you're an appraiser who own's an XSite, keep in mind tha this document is written with your clients as a target audience so you can feel free to send it to a client who needs to change his/her password.

 
 

 

To change the password you use to place orders on an appraiser's XSite...

  1. Go to www.XSitesNetwork.com and click Log In in the toolbar at the top.
  2. In the screen that appears, type your current Username and Password in the fields provided. Then, click Login.
     
  Note: If you forgot your password, click the Click here link below the Username and Password fields to retrieve it.  
     
  1. Hover your cursor over the Profile menu on the left and click Overview in the menu that appears.

  1. When your profile details appear on the right, click the Change your Password link below the Contact Information section.
  2. Type your Current Password and New Passwod into the fields provided. Then click, Save to update your profile.

Your password has now been changed. Be sure to keep a record of your new password so that you can continue to place appraisal orders online.
