When you retrieve files from the Titan Drive, the Titan Drive website launches a retrieval tool that downloads your files to the appropriate place on your hard drive. If the utility doesn't appear when you try to retrieve files from the Titan Drive, the process cannot be completed.

The reason this window doesn't appear is most often caused by one of the following:

  • If you select the file you want to retrieve, click Download, and nothing happens, it's most likely due to a pop‑up blocker.
  • Browsers have security settings that block communications from websites. While this is intended as a security feature, it can also cause unintended interference.

To correct any of these issues, choose the browser you use below. Then, follow the instructions listed.

Turn off or configure your pop‑up blocker

  1. If your pop‑up blocker is causing the problem, hold down Ctrl, Shift + Ctrl, or Alt on your keyboard while clicking the Retrieve button to circumvent the pop‑up blocker.
  2. If the retrieve window appears, your pop‑up blocker is the culprit. Disable your pop‑up blocker or configure it to allow pop‑ups from *.alamode.com.

If holding down any of the three key commands mentioned above while clicking Retrieve doesn't resolve the problem, continue with the steps below.
