Doorway forms are simply lead capture forms that your
visitors see before they can get to their requested page. These are different
from embedded forms that just appear ON a particular page. With a doorway form,
your visitors can either fill out the form to continue or can click
Skip to continue (unless you've specified that form is
required).

Note: This can be a powerful way to capture
leads, but it can also be frustrating to a visitor if used excessively.
For best results, use doorway forms sparingly, and only in places where
the destination content is of particular interest and value to your
visitors. |

place your lead capture forms on your website. |

The following are two categories of doorway form settings that are available
to you:
- Global doorway settings - These allow you to establish
"triggers", which automatically activate the doorway form of your choice
through the natural course of a visitor browsing your site. For example,
if you changed your settings to permit 3 page views before a doorway form
appears, then a site visitor can only view 3 pages in your site before a
doorway form will prompt them for information. This would then continue
to prompt them to fill out the form every 3 pages they view until they either
fill out the form or exceed the maximum number of times you specified the form
should appear
- Page specific settings - These allow you to specify
individual pages that should be preceded by a doorway form.
