In order to help you keep up to date about the newest orders and order status changes through your XSite, you can set up your XSite to automatically notify you whenever the status of an order changes or when a new order is placed. As an alternative, you can also enable a daily summary of these changes so that you get an overview of the changes once a day instead of the numerous updates you would otherwise get. To enable order notifications or daily status summaries...
- In User Management, click a profile in the Site Users pane on the left.
- Click Edit beside XSite Notifications in the Online Ordering Profile section at the bottom.
- In the screen that appears, mark the types of notifications you'd like to
receive.
- If desired, mark the boxes to indicate the types of daily status summaries you wish to receive.
- When finished, click Save to apply your changes or click Send Now to receive an immediate summary report of the day's order activities and then click Save.
