XSite Order Manager presents all of its order retrieval and management tools
in one simple consolidated interface. By default, this order management
system appears when you open XSite Order Manager, but if you need to access it
manually, just click Orders in the toolbar at the top of the
screen. When you open the Orders view, XSite Order Manager
automatically connects to the Internet and downloads all open XSites Network
orders (and status updates) that are not already in your local database. The
order listing has been designed to work much like an e-mail inbox to facilitate
your work with current or open items.

- You can filter the list of orders by either the client or on their status
of the order by using the drop-downs above the order list.
- The upper pane lists the orders you’ve received on your XSite. The
lower pane lists the status history for the selected order.
- Orders that have never been opened appear in bold text.
- A status item shown in blue indicates it was read on your last
synchronization.
- You can sort this list in descending order on a particular item by
clicking the column heading. Click it again to sort in ascending
order.
- The current XSites Network profile name appears to the lower left.
You can switch to a different profile by clicking Settings.
- Double-click an order to open it and view details. For your
convenience, new orders and statuses appear in bold text.
- Click Synchronize in the top toolbar to upload any order
and status changes you make in XSite Order Manager and download new
orders/statuses. As XSite Order Manager synchronizes your online
account, it sends any outstanding status messages you’ve generated to your
clients automatically to ensure that they’re up to date.
- Click an order and click Acknowledge Order to accept or
decline it. Keep in mind that this button only appears when an order has
not yet been acknowledged.
- Click an order and click Export to send it to your
formfilling software.
- Click an order and then click Print to print a hard copy
of the order.
- Click an order and click Mark Complete,
Reassign or Cancel to apply those common
status changes to the order. You can apply additional statuses to an
order throughout the entire lifetime of that order using XSite Order Manager’s
status tools. These buttons are simply provided for convenience.
