Reassigning Orders |

Your XSite provides a way for you to reassign orders to other appraisers for whom you've created accounts inside your XSite. To reassign orders, first create user accounts for each appraiser in your XSite. Then, to reassign an order to that profile...
- From the XSite Order Manager Orders view, find and open the order you wish to reassign.
- Once the order is open, just click Reassign in the main
toolbar at the top of the screen.
- The list of sub-accounts tied to the current profile appears. Choose a name from the list.
- If you want to ensure that any notifications for this order are addressed as coming from the master account, check the Address Status Messages from Master Account box.
- Finally, click OK to update the order in your local database.
When you next synchronize XSite Order Manager with your online account, our servers forward an assignment notice out to the appraiser you specified. Once the order has been reassigned, both your master profile and the sub-account can update the status of the order or complete and deliver it.
