When clients come to your site to order an appraisal, they must log in and
place the order via your online ordering tools. You clients see one of two
things when they visit your XSite depending on the order by fax settings you've
put in place on your XSite.
Online Ordering Only
If you opted to leave the DirectFax links off of
your order form, the process is as follows.
- Your clients into your XSite via the Order an Appraisal
button.
- Then, they fill out the provided order form with the details of their
request. If they opt to pay you by credit card, your XSite prompts them
for credit card information so that you can charge their card once the order
is complete. Then, when they're finished filling out the order, they
click Next to submit it.
- A "Thank You" message appears offering your clients the option to place
another electronic appraisal order or to submit documents related to the
appraisal order.
- If your clients wish to place a new order, they click the provided link to
do so and a new blank order form appears asking for the new request
information.
- If your clients wish to fax related documents to you, they click the
DirectFax Cover Sheet link to print a cover page for their
fax including information about where to fax the documents.
- If your clients wish to upload related documents to you, they click
Attach Documents and upload the documents directly to your
XSite in the screen that appears.

Online or Fax Ordering
If you enabled the DirectFax links on your XSite,
your clients have additional options available to them to place orders.
The process is as follows.
- Your clients into your XSite via the Order an Appraisal
button.
- In the screen that appears, your clients see an overview of their active
orders and three options they can use to place a new order:
- New Web Order - This option allows your clients to fill
out the details of their appraisal request with your online order form.
- Fax New Order - This option prints a faxable order form
your client can fill out and fax in to your online ordering system.
- Fax Order from LOS - This option prints a cover sheet
your client can attach to the order form they print from their Loan
Origination Software. They simply place the cover sheet on top of the
fax and send it to the number listed on the cover sheet.
