Marking Orders Complete

 
     

In the main order list, we’ve provided a Mark Complete option.  Whether you forgot to mark the order complete on delivery, delivered the order through another means than an XSite Order Manager plugin, or just wish to suppress the completion notice that normally goes out with such an update, the Mark Complete function fits the bill.  To mark an order as complete in your XSite Order Manager database…

  1. Find and open the order in your XSite Order Manager Orders list.
  2. Within the open order, click Mark Complete in the toolbar at the top of the screen.
  3. In the screen that appears, indicate whether you wish to send a completion notice to your client by marking the corresponding option.
  4. Then, type any notes you wish to accompany the status change either for your own personal records or as a notice to your client.

  5. Click OK when finished to log the update. 

XSite Order Manager immediately updates your order in your local database.  If you indicated that you wanted to send a completion notice to your client or if you need to ensure that the order is marked as complete in your client’s XSite account, be sure to synchronize XSite Order Manager with your online account.
