To download and install updates…
- In XSOM, click Update to launch the Instant Customer
Update (ICU) Wizard.
- Once the ICU starts, click Next.
- If you have note already done so, you may be prompted to configure your high speed or dial-up Internet connection. If you're
prompted, set up your connection and then click Next.
- Click Next and stand by as we connect to our servers and
check for upgrades.
- If updates are available, XSOM automatically downloads them for you. When
the download is complete, click Finish to apply the updates.
After updates have been copied to your system, you may see our SafeStart
system appear to complete the installation and verify that your software is
ready to use.
