Exporting Orders |

It’s often easiest to start your appraisal report with the data from the original appraisal order than it is to type all of that data out again in a new report file. To facilitate this process, XSite Order Manager can export any order directly into your formfilling software.
Exporting Orders to WinTOTAL |

To export your order to WinTOTAL...
- From the Orders view in XSOM, open the order you want to export and then click the drop-down arrow beside Export in the main toolbar.
- Choose Athena from the menu and then choose the WinTOTAL
folder into which you want to save the report. Since XSOM remembers your
choice, to export an order in the future, just click Export
in the toolbar instead of opening the drop-down menu.
- If you want to keep the contacts from your new orders in sync with the contacts in your WinTOTAL contacts database, check the Assign Contacts box.
- Click OK to continue.
- If WinTOTAL succeeds in syncing your contacts and exporting the order, WinTOTAL opens your order as a new report.
- If XSOM is unable to match the contact in your order with the contacts
in your WinTOTAL contacts database, you’re prompted about how to handle
the differences. Click the contact from your order in the Step
1 section. Then, click the corresponding contact, if any, from
the list of contacts from your database in the Step 2
section on the right.
- The data for each contact appears below the respective “Step”
sections. Review the differences and decide what you want to do.
Options are:
- Assign – Associates the two contacts you selected.
- Update – Updates the WinTOTAL contact with the information from the order.
- Add – Adds a new contact to your WinTOTAL contacts database using the information from the order.
- Cancel – Ignores the differences and continues with the export.
At this point XSite Order Manager hands off the order to WinTOTAL for you to finish detailing the new request. If necessary you can then merge the order information into a template file you created or merge in the data from an old report.
Exporting Orders to Other Software |

To export an order to your formfilling software…
- From the Orders view in XSOM, open the order you wish to export and click the drop-down arrow beside Export in the main toolbar.
- Choose your formfilling software from the drop-down list that appears.
Since XSOM remembers your choice, to export an order in the future, just click
Export in the toolbar instead of opening the drop-down
menu.
- XSite Order Manager copies information to a variety of systems.
- Then, follow the instructions on screen for copying XSite order information to a new appraisal report.
